Our activity in this area involves foundation of, and subsequent care about, companies (from the foundation to the process of winding up), as well as acquisition of shares in already existing companies or termination of participation in a company.

We represent clients in court disputes as a part of civil proceedings, enforcement proceedings, arbitration proceedings, or administrative proceedings.
Banking, Leasing, Finances, and Securities
We capitalise on our previous vast experience with working for various financial institutions by providing advice to clients in the area of financing clients´ business activities by banks and leasing companies. We search for the best possible structure of the deal and accompany the client at negotiations of contractual terms with financial institutions.
We provide our clients with consultancy services in the area of securities law, including promissory notes, particularly at the stage of issuance of securities, its placement within the regulated market of the Slovak Republic, etc. Moreover, we act on behalf of our clients before the Central Depository of Securities of the Slovak Republic, the Bratislava Stock Exchange, the National Bank of Slovakia, banks, and other institutions.
Consumer Protection on the Financial Market
Due to our former experience with working for financial institutions, we dispose with legal means that can help consumers in finding a solution even in an apparently hopeless situation. We are able to negotiate a solution that is acceptable both for financial institutions and the client.
Real Estates and Construction Law
We provide legal consultancy with respect to transfers of immovables, including the elaboration of contracts.
We offer legal advice with respect to the dissolution and settlement of co-ownership, review of a so-called reservation contracts for the purchase of immovables in the process of construction, as well as in other situations.

Our Experts
JUDr. Marek Glemba
ATTORNEY AT LAW AND BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEE
JUDr. Marek Glemba graduated from Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. In 2005 and 2008 he passed rigorous exams on the topic of Bank Trades and Trades with Securities respectively. He was previously working as an in-house lawyer with Tatra banka, a.s., where his agenda comprised in particular banking law and securities law.
Ing. Katarína Farkašová
ACCOUNTING AND TAX CONSULTANT
Ing. Katarína Farkašová graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava in the expert field of management and economic appraisal. From 2010 she worked in an accountancy company as an external accountant of numerous small and middle-sized companies.
JUDr. Sabína Barciová
ATTORNEY AT LAW
JUDr. Sabína Barciová graduated from the Faculty of Law of Janko Jesenský in 2012 with a diploma thesis General Stipulation of Cartel Prohibition, and later passed rigorous exams at the same university with a rigorous thesis Registration and Contesting of Receivables within Insolvency Proceedings.
Mgr. Helena Plauterová
LEGAL TRAINEE
Mgr. Helena Plauterová graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Comenius University in Bratislava. She did an internship at the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic during her studies. Helena acquired her first practical legal experience as a legal trainee at the law firm JUDr. Silvia Predná, s. r. o.
